We ship every order as quickly as possible in the order in which it is received, Monday through Friday. Orders received before 10am Eastern ship same day.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Your country may impose import duties, fees, tariffs, etc. Be sure you understand your country's policies before you order.

These fees do NOT originate from SimpleShot and NONE of these fees are collected by SimpleShot.

The buyer is responsible for all customs, VAT, or tariffs imposed by their country.

What Are Your Shipping Rates?

All USA orders subtotaling $49 or more (items only, after discounts apply) ship FREE.

E.g., if your order total is over $49, but a discount reduces your order total below $49, you will have access to our carrier-calculated shipping. Shipping rates are calculated in real time. Add items to your cart and enter your shipping address to see your exact shipping cost.

How Long Does It Take to Receive International Orders?

International delivery times typically range from 5 days to 5 weeks, depending on destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number, and the tracking updates you see are the same ones available to us. If your order is with customs, the recipient must contact their local customs office directly, as customs authorities only communicate with the recipient and we’re unable to intervene.

How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

Orders received before 10 a.m. Eastern Time, ship same day.

Almost all orders will ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

If your order is taking longer than one business day to ship, it may be due to one of the following:

• A surge in orders from a promotion or special event
• A large order that requires extra time or special handling
• Holiday volume and closures (posted on the site)
• We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.
